Fitness Model Diets Suck

Okay, let us begin by agreeing that there are plenty of crazy stuff forfitness model diets online. With just anything else, you can be sure to find both extremes. Yeah, I am so much up-to-date on the latest issue (my job made me so) and here are few of the newest ones I got.

I'm not sure how long you could last with some of these before you absolutely go insane. This stuff is crazy, check it out:

Boiled chicken, plain and nothing else. (Whoa! No salt? Yes, no salt.)

Canned tuna 6 times a day, with yams only 3 times a day. (Better, but still bland and boring.)

Egg McMuffins for breakfast, Meat Lovers pizza for lunch and dinner. (Oh Great! You'll get lean with these???)

Some fitness model diets don't allow beef, but I will eat lean cuts a few times a week.

Yes, that stuff is quite crazy, but I am telling you eating lean cuts should not be boring - and it's still a lean, healthy and a good tasting stuff. Well, there is this entirely misconception that eating lean must be a total bland and no taste at all.

I have experienced this when I started with fitness modeling, and I know what it takes to start. Everyone is thinking like I once did: To get lean as one can possibly do no matter what's the cost be.

Fitness model diets belong to the most boring diets made...Seriously speaking, those stuffs that I have read are totally bland and disgusting. But I want to tell you that these fitness model diets don't have to be at all bad!

They are not boring and most of all, they are not complicated. They should not be what others think they are. Now, here below are fitness model diet basics:

Carbohydrate is a no-no, because they are source of body water weight and can be stored in the body that is susceptible to become body fats. If you eat carbohydrates, you only have to eat a small portion of it during breakfast.

Cutting calories with threaten your hard-earned muscle mass but you can protect that by consuming lean protein.

Don't eat too much on fat, eat only for the purpose of metabolism.

Take the most of fiber from 'truckloads' of fresh and steamed vegetables. I really mean 'truckloads' thus, eat more and more of it. This gives you high protein and will let it all go through... I'm sure you do know what I mean by this.

Be serious about raw organic vegetables. The nutrients you get from these will get you a healthier body, a faster recovery, and an increased fat burning ability.

Eat a delicious food seasoned with your favorite flavor and get satisfied.

With some of the basics down, you can feel free to experiment with some of your own creations with the foods that you like to eat. All you have to do is make sure they are lean, healthy, and packed with nutrition.
